LoRaWAN Formaldehyde (CH₂O) Gas Sensor

LoRaWAN Formaldehyde (CH2O) Gas Sensor is a professional formaldehyde detection device based on LoRaWAN wireless communication technology. Its core features include precise monitoring, stable transmission, and convenient deployment, and it is suitable for multi scenario formaldehyde monitoring needs.

1、 External DC power supply design, stable battery life and adaptable to multiple scenarios
The sensor adopts an external DC power supply mode, covering a wide voltage range of DC 5-28V, which can flexibly adapt to different on-site power environments and can be quickly deployed without complex power supply modifications. Compared to battery power supply, external DC power supply completely solves the trouble of frequent battery replacement, achieving 24-hour uninterrupted and stable operation, avoiding monitoring interruptions caused by battery depletion, especially suitable for long-term fixed scenarios (such as offices, laboratories, and factories) for normalized monitoring needs. At the same time, the device has excellent power consumption control, with a maximum power consumption as low as 0.12W, effectively reducing energy consumption costs while ensuring continuous operation, balancing stability and economy.

2、 High precision real-time monitoring, precise and traceable data
Real time monitoring is the core function of this sensor, which is equipped with a high-precision electrochemical formaldehyde detection module. It adopts advanced electrochemical measurement principles to achieve continuous real-time collection of formaldehyde (CH ₂ O) concentration in the air, with a response time faster than 15 seconds. It can quickly capture subtle changes in formaldehyde concentration and provide timely feedback on the environmental air quality status. The equipment has high measurement accuracy, with an error of ≤± 2% (under 25 ℃ environment). The measurement range can be flexibly selected from 0 to 50ppm, and the resolution is 1ppm. It can accurately identify low concentration formaldehyde pollution, meet the monitoring accuracy requirements of different indoor and outdoor scenarios, and all monitoring data will be recorded in real time, traceable and searchable, providing reliable data support for pollution tracing and analysis.

3、 LoRaWAN wireless communication, with wide coverage and stable transmission
The sensor is equipped with LoRaWAN wireless communication protocol, relying on the advantages of LoRa spread spectrum technology to achieve long-distance and low-power data transmission. In open environments, the transmission distance can reach 800 meters to 6 kilometers, and the signal penetration ability is strong. It can easily penetrate obstacles such as concrete walls and metal partitions, covering complex scenes such as large factories, shopping malls, and campuses. Data transmission can be completed without wiring, greatly reducing construction costs and difficulties. At the same time, the communication protocol is mature and stable, supporting standard LoRaWAN gateways and compatibility with third-party IoT platforms, enabling self-organizing network deployment with low data transmission latency and strong anti-interference ability, effectively avoiding data loss or transmission errors, ensuring real-time and stable uploading of monitoring data to the server platform, and facilitating remote viewing and management.

4. Compact and easy to deploy, adaptable to multiple scenarios and strong durability
The sensor has a compact overall size and adopts a wall mounted design, which is lightweight and easy to install. It can quickly complete fixed deployment without the need for a professional construction team and is suitable for various indoor and outdoor scenarios, including smart homes, industrial plants, campuses, hospitals, warehouses, smart buildings, etc. It can meet the formaldehyde monitoring needs of different scenarios. The equipment has undergone rigorous environmental adaptability testing, with a working temperature range of -30 ℃~50 ℃ and a working humidity range of 0~95% RH (non condensing). Some models have undergone three proof treatment and have strong anti-interference and anti harsh environmental capabilities. The probe has a service life of 2-3 years and can operate stably for a long time, reducing equipment maintenance costs and achieving long-term and reliable formaldehyde monitoring.
