The ZW-FS-N pipeline wind speed transmitter is designed specifically for ventilation, oil fume, and HVAC pipelines, with a built-in high-precision wind speed measurement unit that responds quickly and has low drift. The product adopts RS485 interface and standard ModBus RTU protocol, with a range of 0~30m/s. It supports setting the pipeline cross-sectional area to synchronously calculate the air volume value (m ³/h) in real time. Flanged installation with wind direction arrow markings, intuitive and convenient on-site deployment; The circuit has strong resistance to frequency converter interference and remains stable under harsh working conditions. The device supports DC/AC dual power supply, compatible with software and dip switch dual configuration modes, and comes with screw free terminal blocks, significantly improving installation and maintenance efficiency.

However, the strong electromagnetic interference caused by on-site frequency converters, the corrosion pollution of sensors caused by oil fume dust, and the pain points of complex installation and inability to directly read air volume of traditional equipment have long plagued frontline engineers and maintenance personnel. ZW-FS-N pipeline wind speed transmitter is a professional measurement and control equipment designed to solve these real challenges.

The equipment adopts a self-developed high-precision wind speed measurement unit, with low start-up wind speed and a response time of only 2 seconds, which can accurately capture small airflow changes inside the pipeline. The core advantage lies in the fact that users only need to set the pipeline cross-sectional area through software, and the transmitter can automatically calculate the multiplication of wind speed and cross-sectional area, directly outputting the real-time air volume value (m ³/h) inside the pipeline, saving the tedious process of manual secondary conversion and enabling digital management of the ventilation system in one step.
  • Hard core anti-interference, stable as a rock under harsh working conditions. Industrial sites are densely populated with frequency converters and high-power motors, and ordinary sensors often experience data jumps or even "crashes" due to electromagnetic interference. This product adopts EMC anti electromagnetic interference circuit design throughout the series, which maintains stable data output even in strong interference environments. It is a reliable choice for harsh scenarios such as industrial waste gas and variable frequency fan matching.
  • Flange installation, anti oil fume and corrosion-resistant. The product is optimized for pipeline installation, using flange fixation and high-quality silicone sealing rings to ensure low leakage rate and long-term airtightness. At the same time, the equipment can withstand the environment of oil smoke and exhaust gas, and is equipped with wind direction signs to assist in rapid on-site orientation, greatly reducing the cost of installation fault tolerance.
  • Dual configuration mode, tool free wiring.
