Introduction to ZONEWU RS485 Pressure Transmitter:

This RS485 pressure sensor with display (with display pressure transmitter) integrates high-definition digital display on site with standard ModBus RTU remote communication function, specially designed for industrial scenarios that require local monitoring and centralized data management. The product is based on high-performance pressure sensing chips, combined with advanced circuit processing and temperature compensation technology. It has a built-in reflective LCD display screen and provides RS485 interface, supporting a communication distance of up to 2000 meters. It can seamlessly connect to PLC, configuration software, touch screen, and industrial controller, and can also connect to cloud platforms to achieve data monitoring on the browser or APP end.

  • On site display is intuitive and convenient - the LCD screen can display pressure values, percentages, and units in real time, supporting 10 unit switches (Pa/kPa/MPa/bar/mbar/mmHg/kg/cm ²/psi/mH ₂ O/mmH ₂ O), which is convenient for on-site inspection and debugging, without the need for additional display instruments.
  • Remote communication is stable and reliable - using ModBus RTU protocol, RS485 interface has strong anti-interference ability, node address can be set to 1~254, baud rate 1200~115200bps (default 4800), supporting networking and long-distance transmission.
  • Accurate measurement and easy configuration - range coverage of -0.1~100MPa, optional accuracy of 0.2% FS or 0.5% FS (default 0.5%), response time ≤ 1ms, with overvoltage protection, reverse polarity protection, and automatic temperature compensation. Users can set alarm upper and lower limits, backlight duration, calibration values, and display switches on site by pressing buttons.
  • Durable and adaptable - all stainless steel shell, protection level IP65, medium temperature range -40~150 ℃ (high temperature type), suitable for hydraulic, pneumatic, water supply and drainage, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power and constant pressure water supply scenarios.
