IoT IP68 LoRaWAN Wireless Pressure Sensor with Lithium Battery

This product is a wireless pressure acquisition terminal based on LoRaWAN, using a high-performance silicon piezoresistive oil filled core with an accuracy of ± 0.5% F.S and a range of 0-2.5MPa (customizable). Built in ER26500 lithium-ion battery, with a maximum range of 3 years (depending on the reporting cycle), supporting multiple frequency bands such as CN470/EU868/US915, and OTAA Class A mode. By using the Type-C port in conjunction with PC tools, parameters such as reporting cycles and triplets can be flexibly configured, and remote downlink command control is supported. The all stainless steel sealed structure is suitable for M2M scenarios such as process control, aerospace, HVAC, etc., achieving low power consumption and reliable pressure monitoring over long distances.

ZONEWU LoRaWAN Wireless Pressure Sensor：
This product is an industrial grade wireless pressure collection terminal based on LoRa spread spectrum modulation technology, integrating data collection, active reporting, and remote control, designed specifically for Internet of Things (IoT) and M2M application scenarios. With ultra-low power consumption, ultra long distance communication, and excellent environmental adaptability, it can help users easily achieve real-time pressure monitoring of various pipelines, containers, and equipment, effectively reducing wiring costs and maintenance difficulties. It is an ideal sensing terminal in fields such as smart industry and smart cities.

LoRaWAN Wireless Pressure Collection Sensor: Core Advantages

  • Core Perception Performance: Adopting high-performance silicon piezoresistive oil filled pressure core, combined with dedicated signal conditioning circuit, the range covers 0-2.5MPa (can be customized as needed), and the accuracy can reach ± 0.5% F.S., ensuring accurate and reliable data; The all stainless steel sealing structure (M20 × 1.5 standard thread) ensures stable operation even under harsh conditions such as humidity and corrosion.
  • Wireless communication and power consumption: Supports mainstream LoRaWAN frequency bands worldwide (CN470/EU868/US915, etc.), using OTAA Class A mode to ensure secure access; Built in 3.6V lithium-ion battery (ER26500), combined with intelligent sleep mechanism, can last up to 3 years (depending on the reporting cycle), significantly reducing replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
  • Flexible configuration and intelligent reporting: By connecting to the PC configuration tool through the Type-C interface, the reporting cycle (adjustable from 1 to 65535 seconds), triplet parameters, and frequency group mask can be easily set; Simultaneously supporting remote parameter modification or device restart through downstream commands, achieving convenient on-site management without the need to open the cover. When the device is connected to the network or restarted, it automatically reports version and status information, and has the function of actively identifying abnormal values (such as sensor disconnection and undervoltage) to improve system maintainability.
  • Widely applicable scenarios: The product has a compact structure and weighs only 200g, suitable for many fields such as process control, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, medical equipment, HVAC, etc., providing solid data support for industrial digital upgrading.
