ZW-MG-PR is a high-precision online magnesium ion sensor designed specifically for industrial water quality monitoring and environmental protection. It uses the ion selective electrode method to achieve real-time, continuous, and stable monitoring of magnesium ion concentration in water. The product is designed to industrial standards and performs excellently in measurement accuracy, environmental adaptability, and communication compatibility. It is widely used in scenarios such as boiler water softening monitoring, industrial wastewater treatment, groundwater analysis, and circulating water systems.

  • In terms of measurement performance, ZW-MG-PR has a range covering 0-1000.0 mg/L and a resolution of up to 0.01 mg/L, which can accurately capture subtle changes in magnesium ion concentration. Built in Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation function ensures measurement stability under different water temperature conditions, with a response time (T90) of less than 60 seconds, meeting the stringent requirements of real-time online monitoring.
  • In terms of structural design and reliability, the sensor offers two housing materials to choose from: POM+ABS and POM+316L, which balance corrosion resistance and economy, and are suitable for various water quality conditions. The overall protection level of the machine reaches IP68, and it can operate stably in water for a long time. The installation method supports 3/4 NPT thread and immersion installation, making deployment flexible and convenient.
