High Precision RS485 Infrared Temperature Sensor

This product is an online infrared temperature sensor that uses RS485 interface and supports Modbus RTU protocol. It adopts a high-sensitivity detection probe, with a measurement range covering -50 ℃~1200 ℃ (default 0-600 ℃), and an accuracy of ± 1% or ± 1.5 ℃ (whichever is higher) of the measured value. The optical resolution reaches 20:1, the spectral range is 8-14 μ m, and the emissivity is fixed at 0.95. The sensor has M18 × 1 thread, stainless steel housing, protection level IP54, supports 10-24V DC power supply, can be directly installed or used with a bracket, suitable for industrial non-contact temperature measurement scenarios.

Introduction to ZONEWU RS485 Infrared Temperature Transmitter:

Infrared temperature sensor is an intelligent industrial grade sensor based on non-contact temperature measurement principle and using RS485 digital output. The product is centered around a high-sensitivity array temperature probe and integrates Modbus RTU communication protocol to maintain excellent linearity and measurement stability over a wide temperature range. It is suitable for integration scenarios of various devices that require real-time temperature monitoring, such as power, HVAC, metallurgy, and heat treatment.

  • Wide range, high precision - The sensor provides multiple temperature ranges of -50~1200 ℃ (default 0-600 ℃), with an accuracy of ± 1% or ± 1.5 ℃ of the measured value, meeting diverse industrial needs from low to high temperatures.

  • Durable and sturdy, with flexible installation - all 304 stainless steel shell, protection level IP54, M18 × 1 thread with fixed nut or mounting bracket, overall size of Φ 18 × 113mm, standard 2-meter cable, can be quickly integrated into existing equipment.
  • Low power consumption, easy to maintain - powered by 10-24V DC, with a maximum power consumption of only 1.2W. When the lens is stained, it can be cleaned with anhydrous alcohol and runs stably for a long time.
