This is an industrial grade online nitrate ion sensor that uses PVC membrane ion selective electrode method to detect nitrate concentration in water in real time. The default range is 0~100 mg/L (optional 0~1000 mg/L), with an accuracy of ± 5% or ± 2 mg/L, and a response time of less than 60 seconds. Built in Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation, supports RS-485 (Modbus RTU) output and optional 4-20mA, making it easy to connect to PLC, DCS and other systems. 3/4 NPT thread installation, IP68 protection, optional POM+316L corrosion-resistant material for housing, suitable for sewage treatment, surface water monitoring, pipeline and tank immersion measurement.

Introduction to ZONEWU RS485 Water Quality Nitrate Ion Sensor:

This is an integrated nitrate ion sensor designed specifically for continuous online monitoring. Based on the highly selective PVC membrane ion selective electrode method, combined with Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation, it can quickly and accurately detect nitrate ion concentration in complex water samples. Compared to traditional laboratory manual testing, this sensor achieves real-time digital output, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs, and is widely used in fields such as sewage treatment, surface water monitoring, drinking water source protection, industrial circulating water, and agricultural irrigation and drainage.

1. Accurate measurement and rapid response. The default range is 0-100 mg/L (expandable to 1000 mg/L), with a resolution of 0.1 mg/L and an accuracy of ± 5% or ± 2 mg/L (whichever is higher). The T90 response time is less than 60 seconds, meeting the requirements of dynamic water quality monitoring.
2. Rich output interfaces and convenient system integration. Standard RS-485 bus (Modbus RTU protocol) and optional 4-20 mA current output, can be directly connected to third-party devices such as PLC, DCS, industrial touch screens, etc.
3. Sturdy structure and strong environmental adaptability. Made of POM+316L stainless steel material (also available in ABS version), with a protection level of IP68, equipped with 3/4 NPT installation thread, supporting immersion installation, suitable for scenarios such as pipelines, water tanks, and open channels.
4. Intelligent maintenance and calibration. Support two-point on-site calibration, with built-in reference solution for electrodes and long lifespan; And provide a detailed list of interfering ions to help users avoid measurement errors.
