The online nitrite ion sensor adopts PVC membrane ion selective electrode method, designed specifically for online monitoring of nitrite concentration in water quality. The measurement range is 0~2.000 mg/L, with an accuracy of ± 5%, and built-in Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation. Output RS485 (Modbus RTU) signals, which can be easily connected to PLC, DCS, and industrial control systems. The shell is made of 316L stainless steel, with a protection level of IP68, and supports 3/4NPT threaded immersion installation. The sensor has undergone two-point calibration before leaving the factory and has long-term stability, suitable for various working conditions such as pipelines and water tanks.

Introduction to ZONEWU RS485 Water Quality Nitrite Ion Sensor:

ZW-NO2-PR online nitrite ion sensor is an industrial grade digital analytical instrument designed specifically for water quality monitoring. It adopts the ion selective electrode method and can quickly, accurately, and stably detect the concentration of nitrite ions in water bodies. The product has completed two-point calibration before leaving the factory, with built-in automatic temperature compensation function to ensure the reliability of measurement data in different water temperature environments. The whole machine has a compact design and comprehensive functions, suitable for various online monitoring scenarios such as sewage treatment, surface water monitoring, industrial circulating water, aquaculture, etc.


  • From the perspective of hardware configuration, the sensor housing is made of corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel material, with a protection level of IP68, and can be submerged underwater or installed in pipelines for a long time; Combined with 3/4NPT threaded structure, easy and stable installation.
  • In terms of signal output, the product adopts RS485 bus interface and follows the standard Modbus RTU communication protocol. It can be directly connected to PLC, DCS, industrial touch screen or third-party data acquisition system to achieve remote real-time monitoring.
  • In terms of monitoring performance, the range of nitrite measurement is 0-2000 mg/L, with a resolution of 0.001 mg/L and an accuracy of ± 5%; Equipped with a Pt1000 temperature sensor, it can synchronously output temperature data with a range of 0-40 ℃ and an accuracy of ± 0.3 ℃.
  • In terms of power supply and power consumption, it supports a wide voltage supply of 12-24VDC, with a power consumption as low as 0.2W, meeting the long-term online operation needs.
  • In terms of maintenance friendliness, the electrode adopts a patented reference system and microporous salt bridge structure, which has a long lifespan and high stability. Users can follow the manual instructions for zero and slope calibration to ensure measurement accuracy during long-term use.
