RS485/ 4-20 mA Total Hardness Sensor for Water Quality Monitoring

ZW-TH-PR split-type online total hardness sensor uses patented PVC film Ca-Mg ion electrodes to measure water total hardness (as CaCO3) with 0~1000.0mg/L range and 0.1mg/L resolution, ±10% reading accuracy. Equipped with Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation, T90<60s, IP68 protection and 3/4NPT multi-installation mode. It supports RS485/ModbusRTU (optional 4-20mA) output, low power consumption, easy connection to PLC/DCS, and two-point calibration. The stable reference system extends electrode life, ideal for industrial water quality monitoring.

ZONEWU RS485 Water Quality Total Hardness Sensor:
Water quality total hardness sensor equipped with RS485 (Modbus-RTU) communication protocol, featuring high-precision detection of calcium and magnesium ion content, anti-fouling and corrosion-resistant probe, automatic temperature calibration, and plug-and-play compatibility with industrial control systems, IoT platforms and data acquisition terminals for stable and high-speed wired data transmission.
