Online Chloride Ion​ Sensor with RS-485/4-20mA Output

ZW-CL-PR is an integrated online chloride ion sensor based on solid-state membrane ion selective electrode technology, designed for real-time monitoring of chloride ion concentration in industrial wastewater, surface water, pipeline water and other scenarios. It solves the pain points of traditional electrode drift, short lifespan, and frequent maintenance, and has become an ideal choice for industries such as environmental protection, chemical engineering, and water treatment with high stability, fast response, and flexible communication methods.

• High precision and wide range: Supports two ranges of 0~3500 mg/L or 0~35000 mg/L, with a minimum detection limit as low as 0.1 mg/L. The measurement accuracy reaches ± 5% of the reading and is equipped with Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation to ensure accurate and reliable data at different water temperatures.
• Strong durability design: IP68 protection level, POM+ABS or 316L stainless steel shell can be selected, which is corrosion resistant and anti-aging. The reference liquid pressure inside the electrode is ≥ 100KPa, and it slowly seeps out through a microporous salt bridge. The electrode has a much longer lifespan than ordinary industrial electrodes and excellent long-term stability.
• Flexible output and installation: Supports both RS-485 (Modbus RTU) and optional 4-20mA output, making it easy to connect to third-party devices such as PLCs, DCS, and touch screens. 3/4 inch NPT thread, supports immersion or pipeline installation, angle requirement ≥ 15 °, suitable for various on-site conditions.
• Easy maintenance and calibration: Calibration has been completed before leaving the factory, and users do not need to calibrate frequently. Supports two-point calibration (zero point+slope) and can restore factory settings. Attention should be paid to avoiding interfering ions such as sulfur, iodine, bromine, etc. for chloride ion electrodes. Daily cleaning with deionized water is sufficient.
