This RS485-type ammonia temperature and humidity transmitter adopts the electrochemical principle, supports 5-28VDC wide voltage power supply, and features a wall-mounted waterproof design suitable for harsh environments. It has the characteristics of fast response, high sensitivity, and strong anti-interference. Calibrated with exclusive algorithms and standard gases, it has high precision and strong stability, with data updated every 2 seconds. It can real-time monitor ammonia (0-50/100ppm), temperature (-40~80℃), and humidity (0~99.9% RH), and is suitable for scenarios such as farms, chemical plants, and greenhouses. It supports the ModBus RTU protocol and is easy to install and use.

ZONEWU RS485 Ammonia Transmitter Key Applications & Use Cases
1.Livestock Farm Ammonia Concentration Monitoring: Suitable for chicken coops, pigsties and ventilation nodes. Adopts electrochemical sensing principle with optional measurement ranges of 0-50ppm (default) / 0-100ppm (resolution: 0.01ppm for 0-50ppm range, 0.1ppm for 0-100ppm range), to timely capture concentration fluctuations above 25ppm. Supports 5-28VDC wide voltage supply and RS485 ModBus-RTU protocol, enabling multi-point networking. It withstands -20~50℃ working temperature and 15~90%RH humidity (no condensation), effectively optimizing ventilation and protecting animal health.
2.Chemical Plant Ammonia Leakage Safety Monitoring: Applied to ammonia storage tanks, reaction kettle interfaces and pipeline joints. Features a waterproof shell (high protection level) to adapt to harsh industrial environments. With strong anti-interference performance, it can quickly alert to leakage risks. The RS485 signal output is compatible with central control systems, ensuring real-time monitoring of key areas.
3.Cold Storage Ammonia Refrigeration Leak Detection: Installed around compressors, condensers and valve groups of ammonia-refrigerated cold storages. The wide operating temperature range of -20~50℃ and proprietary compensation algorithm ensure measurement accuracy in low-temperature environments. The stable data output links with exhaust and emergency cut-off systems to prevent leakage hazards.
4.Sewage Treatment Plant Ammonia Emission Monitoring: Suitable for denitrification process areas and ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment pools. Equipped with electrochemical sensors with a service life of <2 years, it has excellent stability. The wall-mounted installation is easy and quick, and the shielded twisted pair wiring enhances anti-interference ability in humid environments (15~90%RH without condensation). It meets environmental monitoring requirements and realizes continuous tracking of ammonia emissions.
