The ZW-BGA-PR fluorescence method blue-green algae sensor adopts high-precision fluorescence principle, which can monitor the concentration of algae in water in real time (0-300Kcells/mL), with a reading accuracy of ± 3% and rapid response (T90<30s). Equipped with automatic temperature compensation and RS485 Modbus output, supports two-point calibration, and does not require frequent cleaning. 316L stainless steel material is corrosion-resistant and suitable for fields such as drinking water, surface water, and aquaculture.

The RS485 blue-green algae sensor is a high-precision digital sensor designed specifically for online monitoring of algae in water bodies. Based on advanced fluorescence detection technology, combined with intelligent temperature compensation and industrial grade communication interface, real-time and stable measurement of blue-green algae concentration in water is achieved. The product adopts a fully sealed 316L stainless steel structure, which is corrosion-resistant and anti-interference, suitable for various complex working conditions such as surface water, drinking water sources, aquaculture, and sewage treatment. It is an ideal front-end sensing device for water quality automation monitoring systems.


1.High precision fluorescence method, with real and reliable data

Using specific wavelength excitation fluorescence detection technology, it only responds to photosynthetic pigments in algal cells, effectively avoiding suspended solids or chromatic interference. The measurement accuracy is as high as ± 3% of the reading, the linear R ² reaches 0.999, and the minimum detection limit is as low as 1kcells/mL, ensuring early and timely warning of low concentration algae outbreaks.


2.Instant response, real-time online monitoring

The sensor optimizes the optical path design and fluid structure, with a T90 response time of less than 30 seconds, which can quickly capture the instantaneous changes in algal concentration in water. Supports a wide range coverage of 0-300K cells/mL, allowing for accurate readings in both clean and high algae water bodies.


3.Intelligent self compensation reduces maintenance frequency

Built in Pt1000 high-precision temperature sensitive component with automatic temperature compensation function, eliminating the influence of temperature difference on fluorescence efficiency. At the same time, the sensor does not require mechanical cleaning brushes, and based on optical anti fouling design, it greatly reduces on-site operation and maintenance workload, making it suitable for long-term application in unmanned stations.


4.Industrial grade output, strong system compatibility

Standard RS-485 interface, standard Modbus RTU protocol, can easily connect to various PLCs, DTUs, and environmental data acquisition instruments. At the same time, 4-20mA analog output can be optionally selected, compatible with old control systems. 12-24V wide voltage power supply, with a total power consumption of only 0.2W, can be used in conjunction with solar power supply systems.


5.Durable and sturdy, with flexible installation
The shell is made of 316L stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and can withstand a pressure of up to 0.2MPa, making it suitable for long-term underwater immersion work.
