The ZW-TB-PR integrated online turbidity sensor adopts the scattered light detection principle. During operation, a incident light beam penetrates the water sample. Turbidity particles within the sample scatter the light beam. The sensor measures the intensity of light scattered at 90 degrees to the incident path. By correlating the measured data with the built-in calibration standard, the system derives the true turbidity value. Post-processing includes linearization algorithm implementation, ensuring the final output is accurate, stable, and ready for system integration.

1. Technical Principle & Specification

1.1 Measurement Principle

Core Technology: Based on the 90° angle scattered light measurement principle.

Working Process: A beam of light is emitted into the water sample. Particulate matter in the water scatters the light. The sensor measures the intensity of light scattered perpendicularly to the incident axis. By comparing the measured signal with the internal calibration constant, it calculates the turbidity concentration. The final value is output after analog linearization processing.

Intelligent Compensation: Integrated with a built-in temperature sensor for real-time environmental compensation, ensuring accuracy across varying conditions.
