Introduction to ZONEWU RS485 Water Quality Sodium Ion Sensor:

This water quality sodium ion sensor is a high-precision online detection device developed for monitoring sodium ion concentration in water environments. It integrates advanced ion selective electrode technology and industrial grade protection design to achieve accurate, continuous, and stable monitoring of sodium ion concentration. It is widely suitable for water quality monitoring needs in multiple scenarios such as drinking water, industrial circulating water, and aquaculture, providing core data support for water quality control and process optimization.


1.Core detection performance
Using a glass ion selective electrode, the measurement range covers 4 × 10 ⁻⁶ M to 1 M (0.1~23000 ppm), which can be used for monitoring high alkalinity (>9 pH) water bodies; Supports operation in a wide temperature range of 0-50 ℃, equipped with automatic temperature compensation function, electrode resistance below 50 M Ω, slope of 56 ± 4mV/25 ℃, measurement repeatability of ± 4%, accuracy of ± 5% FS, and full data accuracy and stability.
2.Transmission and Power Supply Design
The power supply is compatible with DC 9-30V (recommended 12V), and the output is equipped with RS485 digital signal and 4-20mA analog signal dual-mode. It supports Modbus RTU protocol and can be easily connected to industrial networking systems to meet the data transmission needs of different field devices.
3.Material and protection adaptation
The shell is made of PPS, ABS, PC, and 316L stainless steel materials, with a protection level of IP68 and a pressure resistance of 0~1 bar. It is equipped with various standard pipe thread interfaces such as 3/4, M39 * 1.5, G1, etc. The cable supports a customized length of 5m and is suitable for various water installation scenarios. It is not afraid of complex water environment erosion and ensures long-term stable operation.
